Job Description –
· Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
· Proven experience as an NTT Teacher or in a similar early childhood education role.
· Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods-
develop age-appropriate activities to enhance cognitive, motor, and social skills.
· Plan and conduct engaging, play-based lessons for kindergarten students.
· Foster emotional and social development through group activities and role-playing.
· Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of children in the classroom.
· Maintain regular communication with parents to track child’s progress and development.
· Participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips.
· Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards working with young children.
· Maintain a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
· Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
Primary Teacher (PRT)

Role Overview
Design and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines and school themes.
· Teach subjects with a focus on students’ comprehension and individual learning needs.
· Plan and conduct engaging subject-specific activities in the classroom.
· Provide remedial support, take extra classes and preparatory/tutorial duties as needed.
· Set exam papers, evaluate assignments, and ensure timely and constructive feedback
through corrections and grading.
· Assess and grade students’ classwork, assignments, and examinations.
· Oversee and guide students in fieldwork activities.
· Train and mentor students for subject-based competitions and academic events.
· Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs, addressing their concerns regarding
student progress.
· Stay updated on developments in the field by reading relevant literature and research.
· Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
