Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification or equivalent (Mandatory) · Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred) · D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. · Additional certifications in Montessori or Early Childhood Education (Preferred) Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-primary teaching (Preferred) Job Description – · Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. · Proven experience as an NTT Teacher or in a similar early childhood education role. · Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods- develop age-appropriate activities to enhance cognitive, motor, and social skills. · Plan and conduct engaging, play-based lessons for kindergarten students. · Foster emotional and social development through group activities and role-playing. · Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of children in the classroom. · Maintain regular communication with parents to track child’s progress and development. · Participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips. · Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards working with young children. · Maintain a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. · Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
